Buying a yacht is a question of trust and a complex matter.
It all starts with finding the appropriate yacht in a large variety of yachts offered on the market. Although you can obtain a lot of information all by yourself on the internet it can be quite pointless to click yourself through all the offers. Many yachts are offered by several brokers at a time – very often with different information and even different prices. So, how do you manage not to lose track? And who is the right contact?
Once you have found the yacht of your dreams, negotiating the price is the next thing on the list. But as you might already know – too many cooks spoil the broth. We are in direct touch with most of the owners of the yachts we offer, so we can easily negotiate the price for you. By now, many more questions arise: Is the yacht in good condition? Are the complete and correct documents available? How to secure a safe transfer of ownership? Where do I find a mooring? How and where do I find a good insurance for my yacht? Who will take care of the maintenance? And who can help if technical problems occur? Who will assist me, if I would like to sell it again? Nothing but questions! During the last couple of weeks 400 feet of motor yachts were successfully sold to their happy new owners. As demand has not let up, we are looking for nice yachts from 50 feet on, in mint condition and at a reasonable price. They should be located in the western Mediterranean, preferably on the Balearic Islands.
